Hi

Welcome to my website!  I can’t believe it’s almost 2 years since I received that amazing call from MASTERCHEF confirming my place in the 2020 series!  I could hardly believe what I was hearing and it was a call which changed my life.

Inspired by mum, I have always enjoyed cooking and over the years have become quite a foodie. I am always happy to be in the kitchen whether just cooking for myself and my partner or for a group of friends. And equally delighted to be at the BBQ.

Masterchef inspired me to venture out of my comfort zone to cook things like I’ve never tried before….and you know what, the worse that can happen is it doesn’t work. At least you’ve tried! During lockdown I’ve had an unprecedented opportunity to really experiment with all types of food like Breads, pasta, exotic dishes and some lovely desserts, especially my ice-cream (so easy!)

I have had the great fortune of travelling worldwide for business and pleasure therefore my repertoire is wide and varied covering many flavours from around the globe which I hope you enjoy.

I want my website to be a forum to share my cooking experiences and encourage others to push the boundaries of your cooking.
