BBQ Lamb Kebabs with Tzatziki
Since summer seems to have arrived I thought it was time for another BBQ recipe. This is one is made with chunks of lamb which I cut up from a half leg of lamb. This accompanied with Tzatziki served on pitta bread makes a wonderful BBQ dinner.

- Mix the ground cumin, garlic, lemon zest and yogurt in a bowl
- Add the lamb and mix well
- Put in fridge to marinate for at least 30 minutes but preferably overnight
- Take out of the fridge and bring up to room temperature, then put on skewers
- Heat the BBQ and cook the lamb to your liking – should take around 4 minutes on each side
