Another big BBQ favourite. The meat just falls off the bone and is great served with a good healthy salad like some of my recent recipes. When serving make sure you have plenty of napkins or kitchen roll as it’s as messy as it is delicious. Kids love this recipe.
Ingredients
1 rack pork ribs
2 cans full fat cola
For the sauce
8 tbsp tomato ketchup
8 tbsp soft brown sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tsp paprika
Method
- Heat the over to 160/140 Fan and put ribs in a roasting dish and pour over the coca cola, then cover the dish with tinfoil and place in over for around 2 hours and really tender
- Whilst the ribs are cooking, make the sauce by combining all ingredients in a saucepan and gently heat, then bubble for a couple of minutes
- When the ribs are done – lift out of the dish and place on kitchen paper to dry.
- Place back into the tin and cover with the sticky sauce and place in the fridge for 60 minutes or overnight
- When ready to eat, heat the BBQ and place ribs on to the plate for around 10 minutes – be careful not to burn!
